1974 Beetle for sale.  Front lowered 1½ inches.  Dual Solex 40 carbs, Mallory dual point distributor, Bosch one wire alt conversion, and header.  Some rust in wheel wells, and the typical spots, floor pans are solid.  Was a daily driver up to a year ago.  Motor runs, but with some smoke.  Carbs rebuilt with less than 2200 miles on them.  Left front fender hit by snowplow and will need to be repaired prior to driving.  Also have a set of 16" Porsche wheels from a 911 in fair shape, and a 1974 Super Beetle which will be included for parts.  Asking $1700 OBO or trade.  Contact David Jones (260)494-7868 or email saabman_85@aol.com

1974 Karmann Ghia...
This is a southern car.  It was purchased approximately 7 years ago from a gentle man in North Carolina who purchased it from the original owner.  It was totally complete and presentable, but now newly restored to its original state.  Things  such as cracked rubbers, upholstery and a fresh coat of paint in its original color were restored.  The car has about 73,000 miles on it.  Contact David Moody at davidmoody8909@comcast.net

'64 VW Beetle for sale.  It has the original 6 volt system, and 1200 cc motor which runs great.  The car was restored in November of 2004, and it has been sitting since (about 100 miles ago). It was taken down to the bare body and has about $4000.00 in parts and paint in it, and that's after the original cost of 2500.00.  Asking price is 3500.00.  Would prefer to see the car go to someone locally.   It would be criminal to let the car sit for another year.  The car was a Phoenix, AZ car, and bought  from the second owner who only had it for a year (she kept it in a garage with the intention of restoring it, but sold it to me instead).  It originally had almost zero rust, so it was an easy restoration.

1997 Jetta GLX VR6
-Tornado Red

-Newish Tires (Khumo Ecsta ASX less than 10k old)
-Monster Matts (brand new mk4 jetta matts, but they
fit fine in this mk3)
-Pioneer 3800 HU (with iPod adapter)
-Bose Speaker upgrade (will give you the original HU,
too)
-time/mileage/temps/trip-computer in the dash

Overall the car is in great condition. Needs some
touch up paint in a few spots, otherwise it's still
nice and glossy, no huge dings, dents, or scratches
(waxed a few times a year). The interior is in awesome
shape except for some wear on the driver's seat. I'm
the second owner, I've had this car since 81,000
miles. Tranny was replaced at around 65k by previous
owner. AC blows Ice Cold. I have all maintenance
records for the last few years.
Areas that need some TLC:
-Needs a new exhaust.
-Front brakes squeal pretty loudly sometimes. They
have plenty of life, but whatever compound they are is

I have a 1978 VW convert, needs top, original paint (white) surface rust on body (no through rust) excellent engine (has been in storage for two years) very small amount of pan rust.$2200.00 or best offer, must sell..Keith Minnick 765 552 2511 , cell 765 425 7623....I also have a line boring bar and thrust cutting  tool also..$275.00 for both.....( three sets of cutting sizes for case)
